Disabled accessHellens is a historic house and contains many steps, stairs, uneven floors and narrow access. For this reason we offer free entry to wheelchair users.
Both the Great and Haywain Barns have full disabled access with accessible facilities, and there is level access to parts of the gardens. Parts of the garden are suitable for assisted wheelchair access. If you are bringing children with mobility or sensory impairments, please don’t hesitate to contact us first to discuss your access needs.
